By accessing or using Greywolfx services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Service Description

Greywolfx provides AI-powered autonomous cybersecurity agents and intelligence automation tools designed for enterprise security operations. Our platform enables automated threat detection, response orchestration, and research workflows through specialized AI agents.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
• Use our services for unauthorized penetration testing without explicit permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you provide to our platform. We process data solely to provide services as outlined in our service agreement and Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights to submit data to our platform and for compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform, including software, documentation, designs, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of Greywolfx. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as necessary to use our services as intended.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greywolfx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greywolfx from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice as specified in the service contract. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in activities that pose security risks.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Data deletion procedures will follow our standard retention policies and applicable legal requirements.

Service Level Agreement

Enterprise customers receive specific SLA commitments as outlined in their service contracts. These include uptime guarantees, support response times, and incident resolution procedures.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Greywolfx is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
